Our V.P.
service staff is friendly and helpful. We will be happy to
accommodate all of your party needs and services. At your
request one of our representatives will meet with you to
discuss your event.
V.P. Catering requires a final minimum guest count fourteen
business days prior to your party.
Client may increase guest count up to three days prior to
event. Client will be billed according to your final guest
count. A 50% deposit is due 3 weeks prior to your event. The
deposit is nonrefundable if
the party is cancelled within (14) days of the event.
Payment is due on the date of event unless other
arrangements have been made and accepted by V.P. Catering. A
1.5% service charge will be added, monthly, to overdue
accounts. Six percent (6%) sales tax will be added to all
billings. If you are tax exempt, please provide the tax
exempt number.
All event details must be final 3 business days prior
to your event.
Chefs, uniformed professional wait staff and bartenders,
are available. Service fees are calculated on total hours of
service. Staffing fees are: $27.50 per chef, bartender, and
or server. Gratuities of 17% for 20 guests or more will be
included in the V.P. billing system.
Our V.P. selected items are freshly ordered and
personally attended to, so please allow us time for
preparation and kindly order in advance.
Requested tasting, viewing, management and consultation
fees, with equipment inventory, will be calculated according
to the needs of your scheduled event.
Delivered orders should be approved by client and with
credit card and signed contract, order
is accepted. Equipment will be inventoried upon pick up
by V.P. Catering. Missing and/or damaged items are clients
liability and will be invoiced accordingly.
